My COVID-19 Business Journey

Updated: Dec 11, 2020

EPIC Games part 2

On April 23, 2020, it was time for round two, that required each team member to open their refrigerator and take a picture and send it within 5 minutes of receiving the email to be entered into the next round. For bonus points, each team member could also open their pantry and take a picture as well and send it in.

Since I knew they were waiting by their computers I quickly put out the next challenge. This challenge pitted teams against each other in an elimination round. Each team must create a cohesive three course meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) by using only the contents in the pictures I have selected from team entries. I mixed up the photos to include some from the refrigerator and some from the pantry. Each team had to provide a picture of the contents used in their creation, a recipe card for their meal, and a picture(s) of the completed three course meal. There creation was due back to the next day.

On April 24, 2020, I guess I should expect nothing less from this group. It took me a while to determine the winners. You can see by the photos that this was incredibly hard. Good part is we have our first ever company cookbook.

On April 27, 2020, Ignite Funding hit another milestone with $150 million in servicing and I received my Dysfunctional Family Bouquet and it is perfect! I absolutely loved it and something I will cherish for years to come.
